A critique of the world of fine art and fine dining, Careful, it’s Haute is a traditionally animated cartoon that tells the story of a waiter, a chef, and a guest in a French-style restaurant. It explores the seemingly simple act of ordering a meal, through developing relationships between these three characters. The design and craft of the piece is influenced by 1950’s UPA and Warner Bros. Cartoons.
