My grad project this year is a focus on helping the poverty stricken countries of Africa. The goal is to engineer a system that will allow philanthropists to share their stories and experiences in helping the less fortunate. To do this the decision was made to focus on the human side and positive side to what is happening in Africa rather than focusing on the facts and numbers. The main goal of the project is to inspire and educate the audience as to the methods of helping. This project was approved year long project due to magnitude of the project. The first part, featured here, focused on a motion graphics video that was designed to take advantage of the viral aspect of You Tube to promote part two of the project, which is my focus this semester, a web site to share the stories of kindness and positivity. This in the end proving that the individual can make a difference.
