I’ve decided to take a whimsical and illustrative approach for this series as I depict Hope, Peace, Faith, subjects associated with religion in a non-religious way. These themes, although taken out of their religious context, are both personal and universal. As an art student struggling to make a living there are many unknowns, having faith in the pieces I create from beginning to end, trying to maintain a peaceful state of mind, and hanging on to any opportunity in hopes to continue doing what I love to do is what inspired the themes for these 3 panels.
