In 2007, the average price of residential buildings in downtown Vancouver reached $800 per square foot. Many people have to give up their gardens and move into concrete buildings. There is one area rarely being used in condo buildings—the balcony. The Spaceless system uses the balcony to maximize living space and improve the environment.
