My work involves the construction and engineering of finely tuned ceramic instruments that can be brought together in sound ensembles for a most intriguing performance. The visual form of the instruments themselves results from the audio-acoustic intention behind them. By tuning into the aspects of sound frequency, earth materials and substance vibration, I have been able to create ceramic vessels that contain and emit energy. I can easily connect the vitality of life to ceramics in that, scientifically, substance is vibration. The significant quality of my practice lies within a deep understanding of the vibratory existence of life Universally.
