My works document survivalist tactics within alien territories by implicating elements of narrative within imagined landscapes. I am interested in violence and disruption within the natural world and how that reality contradicts the history of pastoral imagery. High contrast, high chroma, and a variety of mark-making suggests notions of over-stimulation and the hyper-awareness of the self in foreign situations.
